1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bigbany ("bigbany," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the bigbany website located at bigbany.net and all associated services, including the online casino, sports betting, bingo, and any other gaming products made available through the bigbany platform.

By registering an account, accessing the bigbany platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with bigbany's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

bigbany operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are designed to be consistent with applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bigbany platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access or use bigbany. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the law of your country of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of bigbany, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bigbany or PAGCOR.
• You must not have had a bigbany account previously closed or suspended for violation of these Terms.

bigbany reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution and will not be permitted to withdraw funds until identity and age are confirmed.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on bigbany, you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to all bigbany account registrations:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active bigbany account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. bigbany employs technical and manual monitoring procedures to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

3.4 Account Ownership

bigbany accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your bigbany account. All gameplay activity conducted through your account is deemed to be your own, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions and wagers placed from your account.

4 KYC Verification

bigbany is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal from a bigbany account is processed.

4.1 Required Documents

bigbany may request any or all of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

5 Deposits

bigbany accepts deposits through a range of Philippine-localised payment methods. All deposits made to your bigbany account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

bigbany reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where the deposit originates from a payment method not registered to the account holder. Deposits made using payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the player will be refunded and may trigger an account review.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding unmet bonus balances) from their bigbany account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary by account tier and payment method.

bigbany does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals through most supported payment methods. Any fees levied by third-party payment processors or banks are not within bigbany's control and are the responsibility of the player.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bigbany offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses credited to a bigbany account carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

All related winnings may be forfeited.

Where bigbany offers no-deposit bonuses or free spins, maximum withdrawal limits from such offers apply as stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are typically subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

8 Gameplay Rules

10 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bigbany platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bigbany content without prior written authorisation from bigbany.

The bigbany name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to bigbany. Unauthorised use of any bigbany mark is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bigbany's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your bigbany account at the time the claim arises.

bigbany shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect
• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your account credentials
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party payment processors or banking services used in connection with bigbany deposits and withdrawals
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of bigbany, even if bigbany has been advised of the possibility of such damages

Nothing in this section limits bigbany's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by bigbany's gross negligence, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful under applicable Philippine law.

13 Termination and Account Closure

Either party may terminate the player's bigbany account at any time. The following conditions apply:

13.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bigbany account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. bigbany will process voluntary account closure requests promptly, typically within two (2) business days.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by bigbany

bigbany reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed
• Regulatory requirements mandate account closure
• The player's account poses a risk management concern to bigbany

Where an account is closed by bigbany due to the player's breach of these Terms, bigbany reserves the right to withhold some or all funds pending investigation. Where the account is closed without fault on the player's part, any legitimate real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the bigbany platform (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and bigbany, you are encouraged to contact bigbany's customer support team in the first instance. bigbany will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be escalated to PAGCOR through the applicable regulatory complaints process. The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to formal litigation.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bigbany reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or through a notice displayed on the bigbany platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the bigbany platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using bigbany and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
